Hotel Restaurant Rosengarten in Schwalmstadt

Ordered food, everything worked great and tasted very good. The food was well packaged and still nice and hot after 15 minutes.

Excellent. We come especially from Bavaria to eat goose.

The Schwalm "big dumplings" in bacon cream sauce were light and fluffy with a lot of taste (leek and sausage filling), in short: a dream - the best dumplings ever! At a price that can't be topped. A stopover in the rose garden in Ziegenhain is MANDATORY on the way south or back to the north.

The Hotel Rosengarten is a great hotel and has an excellent kitchen. I have known the owners personally for many years. The whole family including the staff is super nice. Highly Recommended. The location is exceptional. In the middle of the former Zieghain water fortress. You breathe history there. Let's go, it's really worth it. LG Bernd

Decent hotel. Here one tries to follow the Corona rules. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell of drain in my room.

Food very good, but we had to wait 1 hour for the food. Waitresses could be quicker with the drinks.

First time in the rose garden, I'm surprised. Very friendly service, table set appropriately and the food was great. Rum steak cooked to the point, tasty and portion simply great! Will often dine there with pleasure. We recommend.

Discreetly luxurious, traditional restaurant. Local cuisine mostly, you should try the chef's specials. Pricing is relatively decent, goes somewhat in the upper range, but still it won't bleed you dry, so if you're planning for a fancy dinner with family or significant other, look no further: this is the place!
